Rather than drying our pollen, we keep it all in the freezer to preserve its entire nutritional value. Just ask us, and we'll be glad to take it out for you. Please ask us for additional documentation.

PS. We are also selling dried frozen pollen this year, since having been incredibly busy and under-staffed we haven't been able to collect as much pollen from our beehives. Thus we have had to buy pollen from other very competent beekeepers. Thank you for your understanding.
